Rumors are circulating in the online community that Party Gaming, PLC – parent company of Party Poker might be returning to the US Marketplace some time in the near future. Party voluntarily exited the US Market after the midnight passing of UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) back in 2007.
